The Poco X6 Pro is one of the best raw-performance values of its generation. The Dimensity 8300-Ultra is genuinely flagship-class, the UFS 4.0 storage is rare at this price, and the 120 Hz 1.5K AMOLED with 67W charging rounds out a seriously capable package. The compromises - IP54 only, no wireless charging, no jack or microSD, USB-C 2.0, and modest secondary cameras - are sensible given the price. If you want maximum speed for the money, this is the phone; if you need water resistance or a curved screen, look at the X7 Pro or the plain X6 respectively.
Flagship speed for half the money
The Dimensity 8300-Ultra is ridiculously fast for the price. Everything opens instantly, heavy games run smooth, and the UFS 4.0 storage makes a real difference. The 120 Hz AMOLED is bright and crisp too. Best value phone I've bought in years.
Great performer, basic water rating
Performance and battery life are excellent and 67W charging fills it in well under an hour. Main camera is good in daylight. My only gripes are the IP54 rating - I have to be careful in the rain - and no headphone jack. Still a fantastic deal.
Imported the yellow eco-leather, no regrets
Got the 12/512 in POCO Yellow. The vegan leather back looks and feels great and doesn't pick up fingerprints. Blazing fast and the screen is lovely. Wish it had wireless charging and a faster USB port, but at this price I can't really complain.

It posts AnTuTu v10 scores around 1.4 million and Geekbench 6 scores of roughly 1449 single-core and 4265-4696 multi-core - genuinely flagship-class performance for the price.
The X6 Pro is the performance model: a MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra, a flat 1.5K AMOLED, a 64 MP OIS camera and fast UFS 4.0 storage. The standard Poco X6 uses a slower Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, a curved 1.5K AMOLED and a 64 MP camera as well, but with slower UFS 2.2 storage. The Pro is the one to get for speed; the plain X6 is about the curved-screen look.
The X7 Pro (2025) is the direct successor: a newer Dimensity 8400-Ultra, a brighter 3200-nit display, IP68/IP69 water resistance, a bigger 6000 mAh battery and 90W charging. The 2024 X6 Pro is still very fast (Dimensity 8300-Ultra) and usually cheaper, but it's IP54-rated with a 5000 mAh battery and 67W charging. If you find the X6 Pro at a strong discount it remains excellent value.
